20/20 Vision: Will Orange County Be Ready?

A panel discussion sponsored by Orange County Democratic Women

and moderated by the Times Herald-Record

Big shifts are occurring all over the region.  What’s in store for residents of Orange County?  Will people be able to afford to live here?  Will the County be ready to meet the challenges of the next decade? Who will pay for it?

Join five local experts for their views on Orange County’s preparedness for 2020.

Speakers will have an opportunity to address the County’s responses, its plans and the associated costs for preparing to meet the upcoming challenges. They will explore the County’s population explosion, changing demographics, the coming of casino tourism, demands to improve transportation, jobs, cost increases in education, sharing finite natural resources and more.

Be part of the discussion to help shape the future.
